The CMO of the Dispensary tries to procure from local empanelled chemists.
When N.A it is forwarded to MSD for procurement.
The file there is countersigned by at least two CMOs and forwarded by the Additional Director to Additional.
Director Head Quarter at Bikaner House.
From Bikaner House it is forwarded to Director C.G.H.S at Nirman Bhawan.
The Director can some times forward the same to Additional Secretary for approval.
